Subscription management application / DIRECTV
- Lead the experience part of the Selfcare (MIDirectv) application.
- Added new functionalities to the MVP such as prepaid plan payment
- We focused on receiving constant feedback with a strategy that involved user testing with +10 users per sprint.
- I worked in duo with a Visual Designer and we collaborated in the ideation and development of deliverables of the design team.
- I collaborated cross-functionally with frontend, backend, functional, and QA profiles to ensure the quality and feasibility of the solutions we presented.
- Before large proposals, communication was key and I generated different presentations to present ideas, proposals, usability test results, and improvements for the application.
- The MVP was initially launched in Argentina and we started working on the regionalization and tone of voice for the launch of the application in Colombia and Venezuela.
Digital Banking for small business / Itau
- Design and define the digital experience of corporate banking, including tailored solutions for small businesses as a scale to enterprises.
- Lead the project discovery process, involving user-centered design (UCD) methodologies.
- Define personas, user journeys, ecosystem maps, involving service design tools as well.
- Generate a collaborative design process between stakeholders and the technical, managerial, and functional profiles of the team.
- Experience building using Angular Material as a visual library to define the UI Kit and interaction patterns.
- Planned continuous user research that involved interviews and a user testing strategy to validate hypotheses and design solutions.
- Worked leading the experience part in a team of 5 designers.
- We defined the MVP experience including border cases and bug scenarios in the delivery stage which lasted 5 months.
Infrastructure configuration app / JP Morgan
- I collaborated as the only design profile within the team, teaming with a functional profile we defined an internal application that was responsible for automating the installation and configuration of terminal systems and servers within the bank through the nesting of the architecture and its configurations allowing to install in a large number of terminals the same configuration in an intuitive way and aligned to the needs of infrastructure architects.
- I was in charge of the definition of the proof of concept that would lead to the consolidation of the project proposal to be sponsored by a VP within the company.
- We defined a validation design strategy that involved integration with other products part of the bank's ecosystem.

User experience Lead
- I collaborated from the design strategy and execution of solution proposals to build different tools and projects, based on DemocraciaOS, an open-source, replicable, white-label platform oriented to citizens or government-related solutions.
- Design and create different scalable and flexible products for the organization following different design methodologies, together with a team-oriented more to the social branch, such as political scientists, lawyers, economists, directors of other organizations, congressmen, delegates, journalists, among others. To generate more accurate and purposeful solutions for a sample of people as large and diverse as the citizens of a country.
- I conducted and facilitated spaces for research, framing of problems and experience maps, identification of people, and understanding of the context where the tool would work. Also helps stakeholders to think with a digital product perspective to define their requirements and align expectations.

Inspired by the idea of bill-tracking, "Hecha la Ley" is an open-source tool, conceived for the specialized press and the professional body of parliaments, which calculates the changes in a bill as it advances through the parliamentary process. Developed in conjunction with Directorio Legislativo, it is currently in the prototyping stage

Seeks to encourage participation, debate, and interaction among entities and individuals on various topics.
- Goals Tracking
A digital platform that allows the publication of government goals and commitments, facilitating citizen monitoring.
- Participatory Budget
A digital platform that allows the integral management of Participatory Budgets, generating instances of dialogue between people and institutions.
- Justa
JusTA Platform is an initiative for the exchange of information, proposals, dialogues, and complaints about the justice system. We promote greater openness and accountability of the Judicial Branch and the Public Prosecutor's Offices.
- Voting Authorities
Digital platform for voting authorities in electoral processes of everyday democracies, management of candidate registration, voter lists, voter registration, secure voting, display of voting results.
